Tools and Resources
  • There are several tools and resources available that we use to better determine the fair market value of properties. Of course the best source that we have is the client themselves, but some of the tools that we use are:
  • Cash Flow Analysis Report----From this report we are able to get a basic idea of the worth of mineral properties. Although this is only one tool that we use, and realizing it is only a report of the cash flow, this tool becomes instrumental in the negotiating of fair market values
  • Graph/Decline Report----From this graph, and along with valuable information provided by our clients, and in addition to information that we gather from other sources, we are able to better determine decline curves, problem areas, water production, etc.
