Reports Provided
  • There are several useful Reports that DMS & Company supply to their clients, all in an effort to keep our client apprised. Below are a few of these reports:

  • Tax Savings Report----The Report reflects the amount of tax savings DMS & Company has obtained for a client during the current year

  • Tax Estimate Report----This Report provides the client with an estimate on their current taxes based on ESTIMATED tax rates. This report has shown to be useful to our clients for budgeting purposes.

  • Tax History Report----This Report shows the tax history for a clients' properties. It also lists the properties' values and tax rate, by year.

  • Tax Approval Report----This Report lists property descriptions, taxing values, and taxes due for each property. It serves as a uniform document that can be saved by the client.

  • At DMS & Company we have four main goals for our clients during a tax season:
    1. Professional Representation
    2. That our clients are well informed throughout the tax season
    3. That our clients have the ability to have input throughout the tax season
    4. That there are no surprises to our clients
